General Ministries
What is it?
The general ministries degree provides the student an opportunity to develop a personalized specialization from Bible, theology, and practical ministries courses for the purpose of serving in church ministry roles.
Upon completion of the program the student should be able to:
- Describe and explain the essential features of effective ministry within the local church.
- Develop and administrate church programs that address various needs in contemporary society.
- Demonstrate an ability to function effectively as a staff member in a church.
- Demonstrate competency adequate to enter into a graduate program in church ministries.
Who is it for?
Students who are transferring from other Bible Colleges and Institutes
Students with significant ministry experience who want to take more Bible or Theology course than the other Church Ministries degrees allow.
Students with significant education in Bible or Theology who want to take more Practical Ministries courses than the other Bible Theology degrees allow.
